11 Connecticut Towns Are Asking Residents To Stay Home Because Of COVID-19

Some Connecticut towns are urging residents to limit trips outside of their home if possible due to surges of COVID-19. Some municipalities are working on more distance learning to eliminate the spread in school systems. Officials are also asking those towns to cancel public activities, like Halloween.

The following locations listed under Red Alert are:

  • Canterbury
  • Danbury
  • East Lyme
  • Griswold
  • Hartford
  • Montville
  • Norwich
  • New London
  • Preston
  • Sprague
  • Windham
