Kevin Maginnis wanted to lose some weight, so he decided to eat nothing but McDonald's food for 100 days. And it worked.
Maginnis weighed 238 pounds at the start of the experiment and wanted to slim down in order to spend as many years with his kids and grandkids as possible.
Maginnis put some rules in place. He only consumed half of the meals he purchased for breakfast, lunch, and dinner -- and relied on water to wash it all down.
And when he stepped on the scale after finishing his 100th day, Maginnis was down to 179.5 pounds.
The lesson he learned was simple. It’s not so much about what you’re eating -- but the amount of food you consume.
