The BEST Cities to Live in The Country (Did Any CT Cities Make The Cut?)

While a lot of us choose where we live based on what we can afford and how close it is to our job, that doesn’t necessarily mean we are getting the best this country has to offer. You may think you live in the best city around, but now “Money” magazine is here to let you know whether or not that's true.

  • The mag has just come out with their annual list of the Best Places to Live in America.
  • In making their choices, they looked at towns and cities with a population of at least 20,000, judging them on things like cost of living, economic opportunity, and diversity, among other factors.
  • Topping the list this year is Atlanta, Georgia, which gets high marks for the many opportunities it offers job seekers, students and families.
  • Plus, housing costs in Atlanta are reasonable, with the current median price for a home $428,000, which is $7,000 less than the U.S. average of $435,000.
