A Massachusetts man is sharing a letter he got from a former landlord and the surprise that was inside.Chris Robargeexplains in a Facebook post that he got this note from someone he used to rent from and there was a check for $25-hundred inside.
The landlord writes that they had been “glad to share” the home with Chris and that after recently selling the home, they wanted to share the wealth. The landlord explains that they wanted to pay Chris and every tenant they had for what they contributed to the profit made from selling the house.
“While it's not much, it's yours! It was a great house and I'm glad I was able to share it with you,” the landlord writes. And that act of kindness has inspired Chris to pay it forward. He has pledged to give away $2-thousand of the money to “worthy causes and people in need.”
