“Billboard” magazine is out with their annual list of the Highest Paid Musicians of 2020, and several of your favorite classic rock musicans made the list.
WhileTaylor Swifttops the list with earnings of $23.8 million,The Eagles, QueenandThe Beatlesall land in the Top 10.
The Eagles land at four with $16.3 mil earnings, while Queen is at seven with $13.2 mil and and The Beatles are at eight, with $12.9 mil.
Some of the other classic artists on the list include AC/DC at 13 ($10.1 mil),Metallica at 18 ($9 mil), Pink Floydat 20 ($8.8 mil),Fleetwood Mac at 29 ($6.6 mil), KISS at 33 ($6 mil), last year's number one, The Rolling Stones at 34 ($2.9 mil),Billy Joel (last year's number nine) at 39 ($5.49 mil) and Aerosmithat 40 ($5.35).
It's important to note, the huge drop for The Rolling Stones and Joel are due to their lack of touring last year.
