Adults who were adopted as a child in Connecticut can now find their birth parents if they want. A new bill just passed in Hartford that'll allow adoptees to see their original birth certificate.
Before this new bill, only adoptees born in 1983 and after were able to search for their bio-parents. Now everyone will be able to!
