Melani Andrews walked into a shelter in California and asked to adopt " the oldest, hardest to adopt dog".  The shelter introduced her to Jake, a 12 year old dog with cancer, skin problems, deaf, partially blind and just couldn't catch a break!

I'm sorry but Jake IS UGLY! LOL!  But what a great story!  Now Jake has a home with Melani and is very very happy!
