- Salty Foods. DUUUHHH. Chips and other salty foods have sodium and too much sodium will bloat you up!
- Greasy Take-Out. Obviously General Tso's chicken or a big slice of pepperoni pizza will also make you feel like a beached wale!
- Soda. Carbonated soda bubbles get trapped in your stomach and in turn...bloat you out and give you "CARB FACE"
