We've all head the stories of employees being sent home for not being dressed appropriately or not getting the job because of tattoos or whatever...but this is a first! Rosie Reilly was sent home from a job interview for not being dressed conservatively enough! I don't think you get more "conservative" outfit wise than what she was wearing! Maybe it was the nose ring!
