I'm not really sure that I'm fully ready to deal with Winter weather but I'm not going to have a choice. Come to think of it, neither are you. After our temps were in the mid to upper 60's last week, it's looking like we could see some snow Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. Now, obviously, this all depends on the track of the storm and the actual temperature but as of right now we're looking at a coating to maybe 2 inches unless of course you're in the higher elevations. The snow is supposed to start Tuesday night and will change over to a wintry mix by Wednesday morning.
If the Winter weather does hit the area as it's being predicted right now, your Wednesday morning commute might be a slick one. And since it will be our first "snow fall" of the season, everyone and their Uncle will have forgotten how to drive in Winter conditions so please take extra care on your way to work. If you're one of the people that has forgotten how to drive in snow or slick conditions, here's a quick reminder. Take it slow. Leave yourself extra space and time between the other cars to allow you to slow down and or stop. You've done this before and it's not complicated. Just think back to last Winter and you should be good.
