According to a new study by QuoteWizard, Connecticut's drivers just don't rank as the BEST in America - they are the best, currently, that QuoteWizard has ever seen. From the study:

I guess they have never been on Interstate 84 anywhere, or 95 or the Parkway in Lower Fairfield County....
