FAKE OR REAL? Did a woman really almost drown in a kiddie ball pool?

This video is going viral on the internet -- showing a mom struggling, and struggling heavily... with a kiddie ball pool. She can't get up, she can't make her way out.

But of course it's fake. You can't drown if there's no water....
