Neighborhoods and families all over Southeast Texas have been torn apart from the flooding caused by Hurricane/Tropical Storm Harvey - with over 3 feet of rain - yes, 3 feet of rain, falling in some places. Here in New England - a 3 foot snowstorm is pretty much unheard of, never mind 3 feet of rain. Over 11 trillion gallons of water have fallen on Southeast Texas since the storm began - and they're facing another week or so of rain.
