The 50's on Fitch Lounge on Fitch Street in New Haven has been issued an order to close after violating state and city guidelines due to the COVID-19 pandemic after 1,000 people were witnessed at the lounge on Saturday night.
You may remember that the owners of this bar also sued in May, saying that Governor Lamont's order to close was unconstitutional. That lawsuit was thrown out of court.
