Mary Kate Olsen is expected to move out of her NYC apartment in the middle of this divorce battle.
However, her request for an emergency divorce from her much older husband Pierre Olivier Sarkozy was denied, based on the fact that a New York Judge did not deem it an essential matter.

Mary Kate filed the emergency divorce paperwork on Wednesday and claimed that Sarkozy was trying to kick her out of their apartment during the pandemic. The reason the application was an emergency is that Olsen claims Sarkozy wants her out of their apartment by this Monday.
