The Glastonbury Rotary Club is now selling tickets online and through a new QR code for their Annual Lobsterfest that is held every June at The Elks in Glastonbury.
The annual outdoor event is the club’s largest fundraiser of the year. Money raised goes toward projects that help improve the local community. Most recently, the club planted a pollinator garden at Rotary Fields in town as part of a Rotary International initiative to help improve the pollinator crisis.
In the past, the Glastonbury Rotary has built the concession stand at the Glastonbury High School football field, the dugouts on the girls softball field, the pavilions at both Riverfront Park and J.B. Williams Park, and contributed to the new splash pad at Addison Park.
They also provide large scholarships to Glastonbury High School students each year.
The Lobsterfest is a unique outdoor event that brings the community together for lobster, steak, music, dancing, and lots of fun!
