#4) Interstate 95 in Stamford southbound between Compo Road and Indian Field Road (111 hours lost in 2023)
#9) Interstate 95 in Stamford northbound between Indian Field Road and Compo Road (68 hours lost in 2023)
#1 was Interstate 4 in Orlando, while #2, to no one's surprise, was Interstate 5 in Los Angeles.
