As we noted previously, the 4/3 date offersCBSthe best opportunity to cross-promote the show with theNCAAbasketball finals, which now flank Music’s Biggest Night.
The dates and locations for theClive DavisandMusiCaresevents remain TBD. We’re told that the options being considered include staging these galas in Vegas during Grammy week; holding them in Los Angeles that week; and holding them the week after Grammys in L.A. The back and forth over these various possibilities is sure to cause muchSturm und Drang.
TheCMT Awards, previously scheduled for 4/3, will be moved to a future date.
