Soooooo I guess this one guy in Cape Coral, FL was upset that people in the neighborhood had been setting off fireworks late at night over the last few days...
So as REVENGE, he went outside at 3AM and started SCREAMING "FIRECRACKER! BOOM! BOTTLE ROCKETS!!! BOOOOOM!!"
