Connecticut State Police say a man by the name of Jason Daddario walked into the McDonald's in Brooklyn (in the Eastern part of the state) and was asked to leave after not wearing a mask.
He then threw a rock through the McDonald's window, breaking it, and walked into a nearby Walmart to steal women's underwear.
He was caught and charged with breach of peace.
