The Illinois Supreme Court denied Juicy Smoolay...I MEAN JUSSIE SMOLLET's request to drop the charges against him. Jussie claims he was a victim of a hate crime last year and says he was attacked by two guys late at night wearing MAGA hats.
THE CITY OF CHICAGO says Jussie staged the entire thing! If convicted, he could face up to three years in jail, community service, and a fine up to $25-thousand.
