Within the last hour, Demi Lovato has been rushed to an LA hospital due to a heroin overdose.

You may remember that about a month ago... she dropped a new song "Sober", where she admitted that she was no longer sober.
Prayers up for Demi... hopefully she can recover and get back on the path of sobriety.
