According to United Van Lines, Vermont, North Dakota and Connecticut are 3 of the top states that people are moving to due to COVID-19 being an issue in the state where they came from.
Pretty wild, since the last 10 times I've posted this study... Connecticut has been one of the top states that people have been leaving on a pretty consistent basis.
As you may know, prices of homes have skyrocketed in Connecticut due to this in the last several months due to this. My gut tells me many of these people coming to Connecticut might be folks that lived in New Jersey or New York... and as much as we complain about how expensive everything is here in CT, it's actually much cheaper than most of the rest of the tri-state.
